Badaboom is a small start-up founded to empower creators and entrepreneurs to design and sell their own products directly to consumers. 

I led the creation of an end-to-end product design, manufacturing, supply chain management and fulfillment platform enabling users to bring products to market via their own online storefront.

Led the design team responsible for connectivity features in the Xfinity App. We used UX research and data analysis to help users understand their networks and resolve connectivity issues.

The tools we created were credited with the largest improvement in customer sentiment ever measured at the company (using NPS).
