Helped teach course on decision analytics tools (including financial analysis, decision trees, genetic algorithms, queueing and simulation models in Excel.

Used SPSS to analyze and manage experiment database. Used MindWare software (HRV, IMP, BPV) to manage and analyze physiological data for coding.

Managed ops room, handled flight planning, diplomatic clearances, flight routing, and operational planning for 122 SQN (all C-130 operations in the RSAF). Innovated technological processes to streamline flight planning and pilot tracking.

Participated in joint operations with the Royal Australian Air Force (Exercise Wombat in May - July 2011, Richmond, Australia), ASEAN joint forces (Exercise Bersama Lima), and Humanitarian Disaster Relief in the immediate aftermath of Christchurch earthquakes (Operation Swift Lion).
