• - Led and implemented pricing and revenue strategies to sustainably grow Via's consumer markets in NYC and Washington DC.
• - Drove +$6.16M ARR project. & helped New York become profitable for the first time by launching new corporate shuttle and creating 200+ KPIs, 120+ views on Tableau/Salesforce.
• - Created new corporate shuttle product with driver (5), expansion(1), Salesforce, ops (2) teams to lead shift analysis, create 24/7 support, acquire drivers (ops/comms/450 outreaches), monitor service with Tableau, & manage P&L. Resulted in successful launch within 3 weeks and increased revenue per ride.
• - Prevented Via from losing its license by ensuring Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles “WAV” compliance (80% of vehicles need 15mins TAT vs 60% in ‘19). Created new Tableau dashboards, proposed new expansion locations, increased rates, created discounts for <15min rides. Resulted in compliance in July that HQ couldn’t achieve even before COVID.
• - Led COVID initiative to +37% driver engagement in Jun & +56% Jul m/m. Installed partitions for 249 drivers (35% of most active drivers).
• - Created pricing proposals for potential partnerships.
