Jan 2008 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco, California As the leader of a results-driven team, I oversaw a group of Product Managers, Technical Designers, and Assistants. My responsibilities included managing the entire product lifecycle, from development to production, for major retailers such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Kohl's. In order to meet aggressive gross margin goals and maintain service levels, I collaborated cross-functionally with merchandising, design, and planning teams. Notable achievements during my tenure include launching a successful juniors line for Kohl's under an accelerated 7-month Go-To-Market cycle, resulting in over $10 million in incremental revenue for LS&Co. In addition, my team collaborated with Target to give the Denizen brand a complete makeover. The result was a consumer-focused product with market-leading packaging and branding, leading to improved consumer experience and increased sell-through.
