I’m Chuck LoCascio, a designer with 10+ years of experience designing and shipping B2B enterprise platforms, financial products, and AI-driven tools for Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and venture-backed startups.

My background includes lead design roles at BlackRock, Silicon Valley Bank, and Accenture, where I led and shipped large-scale enterprise systems used by millions of users. I partner closely with engineering, data scientists, and executive teams to turn complex, highly technical products into clear, usable experiences that scale.

Today, I work with early-stage startups in the San Francisco Bay Area as the founder of O Three Verve. I’m best known for crafting demo-ready visual identities, product narratives, and UX that help founders raise capital, secure early customers, and move from idea to traction. My focus is building demos that resonate with VCs and enterprise buyers, not just Figma mockups that look good.

In parallel, I’m an active managing partner and investor in multifamily real estate. Through BCGK, I manage a 103-unit portfolio representing approximately $25M in assets under management, with a long-term goal of scaling to 1,000 units.
