I was the first and only product designer at Glean for two years from Series A to C, and joined the company a few months after it was founded. As the sole designer, I worked on all aspects of product and brand design, and launched the company out of stealth mode. I also worked on product/marketing videos, animation, content design, user research, culture-building, website development, pitch decks, product education, and hiring—whatever needed to get done!

I lead product design and brand design at Glean. Glean is the AI platform that powers next-generation enterprise search and knowledge discovery. We're building out a world-class team so we can make work better for everyone and bring people the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world.

My debut semi-autobiographical middle-grade graphic novel called HOW TO DRAW A SECRET came out in Winter 2025 with Harper Collins (Allida/Clarion Books), with a second graphic novel to follow.

Evolved the future of personal business communication with Intercom's flagship Messenger from San Francisco. Defined compelling and unified onboarding, first use, and retention experiences for Intercom products.

Previously led design for Custom Bots, Inbox, and the Conversations apps for iOS/Android from Dublin, Ireland for two years. Actively involved in hiring product designers, content designers, researchers, and product engineers.
