San Francisco, California, United States
I recently joined the advisory board of Youth Art Exchange (YAX), an organization dedicated to providing free arts education to San Francisco public high school students. YAX (https://www.youthartexchange.org/) believes that creative expression is a powerful tool for young people to find their voices, build community, and shape the world around them.
This year is especially meaningful as YAX celebrates its 25th anniversary—a milestone that reflects decades of empowering youth through the arts. But it’s also a year where personal donations matter more than ever. With city funding becoming increasingly difficult to secure, support from individuals like you is critical to ensuring YAX can continue providing free, high-quality arts education to students who need it most.
To keep these creative spaces thriving, I’d love for you to join me in making a contribution—big or small—to help ensure that every young person has access to the tools and mentorship they need to express themselves and build a brighter future.
You can donate here (https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w/Form/abda8fac-73ee-4f91-af60-dcd89e1dbbcc?638351522381210743). Want to give stock instead of cash? Let me know.
Your generosity will directly support art classes, mentorship, and the vibrant, creative spaces where young people can dream, create, and shape a more connected and resilient city.
Thank you so much for considering this! If you’d like to learn more about YAX or get involved in other ways, I’d love to chat.
