My work consisted of doing user research, building personas/user stories, and using that information to design lo-fidelity wireframes. Those wireframes then become hi-fidelity designs in our product after running user testing. I worked on a cross-disciplined team with Designers, Developers, Offering Managers, and my Project Manager to accomplish tasks and complete goals. My team followed an agile work pace with daily scrums and two week sprints. I was also a Design Thinking Facilitator which means that I served as a voice for teaching Design Thinking. I helped lead Design Thinking workshops with both internal and external clients.
