SongLyrics.com is a popular music site that receives 6+ million visitors per month. They offer a unique experience of music--an integration of sound, lyrics, news, and social interaction.

I directed the business' web analytics and inbound marketing. I entered SongLyrics.com shortly after the first Panda algorithm crack-down, which had cut 30% of the business' web traffic overnight. I evaluated damages, prioritized future investment, and implemented the strategies necessary to get organic traffic (read Ad Revenue) headed in the right direction. By the time I left SongLyrics.com, organic search traffic was 18% higher than before the Panda penalties.
