consumer purchase journey: discovery, search, ranking and checkout.

• New B2B product for growth: collaborated with sales and operations to release a Call & Voice recognition product for restaurant reservations using IVR and NLP - channel now generating 20% of user acquisition

• New market segment: launched the restaurant manager mobile app and a suite of products for Restaurant Chains - allowing Quandoo to move upmarket.
