My journey began with creating tools and communities for Web3 adoption, designing and leading tech for cohort platforms at Web3Bridge and DesignersDAO, and later founding Blocasset, a decentralized social platform for creators, designers and builders to collaborate and showcase their work and creative talent. I am one of the founding team at Blockradar where we’re reimagining global payments through stablecoin infrastructure, here I lead product and design effort on all of our core products from ideation to execution, simplifying how global businesses send, receive, and convert money across borders using stablecoins. Also supported work with the brand direction and design of Metaverse Magna. ### Founding Principal Product Designer - Nubian Finance @ Nestcoin Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 Nubian Finance - A DeFi app focused on simplifying access to crypto investment, a dapp where users can save their crypto and earn up to 20% interest in an intuitive mobile-first interface. I lead the design for the dapp and created a seamless UX that helps users to onboard swiftly and pointers that helps users understand how to invest their crypto without having to leave the dapp. The idea while designing this product was to connect users to a dapp that looks and feels quite similar to what they are already used to with their traditional savings application. Did quite a lot of research on user personas, designed components, systems, 3D illustrations, and more to ensure user pain points were captured and carefully curated to promote usability, retention, and flexibility. I have worked on several videos and animations for the Coop that spans across most of the index products created with the highest social impressions ever recorded in the coop. Some of these products include DeFi Pulse Index, DPI, Metaverse Index, MVI, BTC2X-FLI, ETH2X-FLI, DATA Economy Index, DATA, Bankless BED Index, BED, and much more. I lead the initial production and animation of the first top, high-impression videos that caught the eyes of both investors and contributors into the DAO and I am very proud of that achievement till date as we are yet to still see any impressions that surpassed those. ### Creator of Design Working Group, DWG @ Index Coop Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 In February 2021, I started working on a system in the DAO that is focused on designs and animation-related requests. In March 2021, I led the initial funding documentation and implementation of the working group which was voted for and was added to the DAO's working group list alongside two of my colleagues in the US and Germany respectively. Till date, the Design Working Group, DWG (Formerly known as Creative and Design Working Group, CDWG) is known as one of the most respected and result-driven working groups the DAO has ever recorded with so many track records of designs, videos, animations and so much more that has made Index Coop the No 1 Crypto Index Management DAOs ever known in the Web 3 ecosystem. We maintain DeFi products such as DeFi Pulse Index, DPI, BED, FLI, and more. I co-created the Design Working Group and initiated the process in becoming one of the most recognized WGs in the DAO with countless media work produced, I am also currently part of the lead design team researching and designing media requests for the Coop. From product research and designs, ads and visual designs, still and motion graphics, i make it possible for the world, specifically the Blockchain DeFi space to see the relevance of managing the best Crypto Indices. ### Bundle Africa - Design and Community @ Binance Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Africa Worked with Bundle Africa - a Binance incubated product. I was actively involved in designs, motion graphics, connecting the project to top DeFi product founders for AMAs and community knowledge sharing sessions. I also trained the Bundle community on DeFi and Blockchain in general. ### Founding Team, Software Engineer and Designer @ Web3Bridge Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Nigeria I developed the website explaining the details and projections of Web3Bridge (previously Ethereum Network Nigeria Initiative). I fully committed myself in the development and execution of the first and second cohort registration portal from conceptualization to utilization which successfully recorded registration of over 700 active participants cummulatively ready to learn how to build real-time use cases application products using the Ethereum Blockchain. Designed the entire marketing graphic for the project, from announcement ads, to social media profiles, website, mentors profiles, participants profile, curriculum brochure and so much more, while also displaying excellence in deployment and service delivery. Proactive in ensuring that before a particular requirement is needed for the success of the project, it was already thought of and executed, hence making the work seamless for the team which at the inception was just I and Ebunayo respectively at the time. I deliberated and bootstrapped on diverse intuitive measures to take with the team and the mentors on the best ways to achieve a successful learning process for the participants who registered for the program and the best way to excellently deliver the courses to the participants.
