I worked in the product management team, closely with engineers and designers on Agile/Scrum methods. My role as an intern was at the edge of business analysis and product management. - Define advertising product priorities and define roadmaps for the Ads Squad and the Dailymotion Exchange product. Building a comprehensive set of Product Specs and features, and working with our engineering team to translate this into a real product. - Leverage data-driven analysis to define an ad product strategy in the aim to optimize revenue and to improve the experience for Dailymotion partners and users. As a VC Analyst I worked on future investments with the review of the deal flow, analysis of business plans and meetings with founders. I needed to understand and screen market’s opportunities but also to feel and challenge the founders ability to make their vision and ideas happen. Specifically worked on Kolibree & Vekia's serie A deal. I also had the chance to work on a strategic marketing and development mission to support the fund raising of the second 130M$ fund.
