Worked on the Career Site Builder product, this product allows for clients to self-service their career site styles and configuration.
Worked on creating an Email system that allows for Client branded Emails to have the same look and feel as their Public Career Site. This email system was architecture in a way that allows for high-volume sending, with the ability to scale with available back-end resources. 
Helped with creating Internal Career Sites built with the CSB product, this allows for clients to have a branded Job pages for their employees that match what Candidates will see.
Help with the movement to have a consistent Development environment using a Virtual Machine. With this we were able to get new developers up and running at a fraction of a time, and with an environment similar to where the code will be deployed.
Converted the ANT based build system to Gradle, and enhanced the build process with Unit Testing, Code Source reporting.
Help in the creation of a deployment system in Jenkins to update QA environments with ready to test code.
