# Cody Williams > Design Systems @ OKX Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/codywilliams I’m a design systems designer who loves bringing clarity to complex problems. My goal is to build systems that make it easier for teams to work faster and stay consistent, while still leaving room for creativity. I’m big on collaboration, tokens, accessibility, and bridging that gap between design and engineering. Outside of work, you'll find me listening to a podcast or audiobook, deep-diving into something design-y, or rewatching Superstore. I'm a mentor on ADPList – if you'd like to chat, book a session – it's free! https://adplist.org/mentors/cody-williams ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer, Design Systems @ OKX Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States ### Senior UX Designer, Design Systems @ Indeed Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 Led a revamp of our design systems website, improving IA and AI integration.
