After three months of redesign, we launched and over 50K people downloaded the app, receiving a 4.7 on the app store. Designed the first release of the Share Sheet. Through this feature increased the number of returning users and the retention rate of returning users which had a bottom-line impact of increasing monetizable daily active users. Designed the Tweets people see when they're not on Twitter. Worked on a data visualization tool for people that manage virtual machine deployments. Redesigned the upgrade flow for Pivotal Web Services, our publicly-hosted cloud application platform. Ran workshops introducing developers and product managers to DIY usability testing. After interviewing ten users, I went through my notes and created two personas and an empathy map, helping the team understand the end-users in a more nuanced way. This research also validated the current direction of the product and revealed other potential benefits of the product. ### UX Designer @ Vecna Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Cambridge, Massachusetts I worked on a team developing GoalMind. The GoalMind product is Vecna's patented scheduling, time-tracking, enterprise resource planning and expense management system. In this role, I contributed to all stages of product development. If it was a new project, I would start by interviewing users. I would then take these findings and look for ways to leverage the technical capabilities of my team to deliver the best results. During my time at Olin, I found that I enjoyed the user-centered design process and how it revealed opportunities and problems previously unseen.
