We raised $5M led by Sequoia, went from zero to $2M+ ARR in a year, and are used by some of the best design teams in the world. Visual Electric was acquired by Perplexity in September 2025. ### Head of Design @ Universe Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco, California, United States I led a unified product and brand design org, and grew the team from 3 people to 12 people, hiring top talent from Apple, Coinbase, and Burton. I was also a member of the Executive Leadership Team and worked on cross-functional initiatives. ### Head of Product Design @ Playspace Jan 2016 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area Led product design at Aspen, a creative collective focused on team collaboration. We built several products, including Playspce and Navigator. Playspace was an all-in-one virtual meeting room, designed for creative teams.
