I'm a user experience designer who also codes. I like rapid prototyping cool interactive experiences, and I also enjoy filmmaking and visual storytelling. 

I also help to conduct Design Thinking workshops for various teams within my organization—focusing on topics such as Jobs to be Done, Growth Hacking, Empathy Mapping, and User Journey Mapping.

I love maps, trains and buses. 

My oddly specific alternative skill sets include concert lighting design (for church) and interior design (once helped to design and fit out a new 20,000 sq ft church facility, including technical specs for audio, visual, and lighting).

Designed, created, and maintained a weekly online event with an average audience of 4000 with features such as live streaming, live chat, and other interactions. 

Led a team through a complete design overhaul of a video-on-demand website using design thinking workshops and rigorous user testing processes. Involved in coding the finished product in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS. 

Liaised with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and managed timelines and deliverables for the team.

### UX Designer, Front-End Developer, Design Thinking Facilitator @ 22 Media
Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | Singapore
Led a team to wireframe and re-design a subscription-based, video-on-demand app (68k monthly active users) for iOS/Android. Involved in coding the finished product in React Native. 

Designed and created a Shopify eCommerce App to enable merchants to create their own upsell funnels with multiple upsell paths.

Conducted design thinking workshops to help teams apply Design Thinking principles (e.g., Personas and User Journey Mapping), Jobs to be Done, Design Sprints, and Growth Hacking tips across various multi-disciplinary workgroups (including marketing, creative, engineering, and UX).
