As Ramp's founding PDR, before there were systems, playbooks, or even defined verticals—just a lot of ambiguity and an even bigger opportunity. I helped scale the PDR team from 1 to 20+ and the channel org from a handful to 70+, all while figuring it out on the fly.
I didn’t just hit quota—I made exceeding it the norm. I managed Accounting, Financial Institutions, Travel, Tech Alliances, HRIS, and ERPs all at once, sourced and closed partners before processes existed, and helped turn a scrappy operation into a full-fledged revenue engine.
Along the way, I partnered with Product to shape Ramp’s Advisor Console, ensuring partners had the tools they needed to scale. I worked with Legal to craft airtight contracts, spiffs, and revenue-sharing models that made partnerships seamless. I collaborated with Finance to build scalable reporting that turned growth into measurable impact (Revenue from partnerships vs rest of business grew from 6% to ~20%)
No roadmap? No problem—I worked cross-functionally to build the infrastructure that makes Ramp’s partnerships a revenue-driving powerhouse today.
