# Cosmo Q. > Engineering @Airbnb | Guest Lecturer, Applied AI - University of Hawaiʻi | Blogger | Open Source Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/cosmo Over the past few years at Airbnb, I’ve been driving large-scale change, from architecting supply-side products, leading major launches, to rebuilding core infrastructure for greater resilience and scale. Outside jobs, I lead open-source projects (Lepton, which has been highlighted by Ubuntu, with 10k+ stars) and occasionally review upcoming books. Guest Lecturer at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa for the Applied AI graduate course(ICS 605). I'm happy with my current work but open for TL roles if there are complex challenges with scaling product platforms. I am a hands-on person who enjoys coding, breaking and fixing hardware, and mentoring. ■ GitHub: https://github.com/hackjutsu ■ Medium: https://medium.com/@cosmo.lepton ■ Stack Overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/users/3697757/hackjutsu ## Work Experience ### Staff Engineer, TL @ Airbnb Jan 2018 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area Tech blog of recent work: https://medium.com/@cosmo.lepton At Airbnb, I led several important initiatives that had an impact on the company's technology and growth.
