I led our team of 400+ developers, designers, and product managers within the PXEL practice at West Monroe. I helped to establish and scale a team that partnered with our clients to develop modern software applications. We prioritized work that delivered high value and superior usability. Through our work with client teams, we also established high-performing product organizations and changed the way our clients designed solutions and built software.

Key Initiatives:

▪ Supported West Monroe’s accelerated growth plans via organic and inorganic means. Integrated four organizations under one P&L to create a best in class product consultancy.

▪ Sat on our executive leadership team and corporate operating committee to represent product and engineering needs at the org level.

▪ Worked with key clients to develop mature product capabilities at scale and transition from basic project delivery to product and customer focused organizations

▪ Established a repeatable delivery model integrating product, design, and engineering best practices

▪ Partnered with corporate strategy and marketing on new offerings
