As Founding Designer I established the initial product design for the platform as well as design system, research practice, marketing materials and more.

Skydio is a leader in autonomous flight and the second largest drone manufacturer. Serving customers across federal, emergency response, utilities and more.

As staff interaction designer, I was responsible for leading design for several key strategic initiatives at the company.

Gantri is the world’s first digital design manufacturer. With the use of on demand 3D printing, Gantri helps creators quickly bring their creative ideas to life.

As the Director of Design at Gantri I was responsible for leading the brand, creative, and experience design teams.

Few key highlights from this experience:

• Built & grew the design team from 1 to 7 product designers, creatives, and copywriters.

• Established a user research practice for both internal and external software solutions.

• Created and scaled the Gantri design system on web. Including the figma library and coded components.

• Established the creative and product design process in order to increase quality and speed.

• Helped foster a more supportive and collaborative culture across the company. Including meetups, team offsites, project shuffling and more.

• Introduced solutions to overhaul the internal software suite in order to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Led the released of a full rebrand that impacted all aspects of the business.

• Led a redesign of the marketing website alongside 2 product designers and 1 contractor.

As a Principal User Experience Designer for the Autodesk platform team, I was a group team lead responsible for the advancement of the ACS design system that spans across 4 platforms as well as responsible for various platform initiatives.

Few key highlights from this experience

• Led creation of the unified design system for web and mobile platforms

• Helped unify 3+ previous design systems and 7+ companies/products into a single unified solution

• Built out the mobile design system from scratch

• Evolved the design system’s collaboration model to be more global, agile and inclusive

• Lead the platform design team and grew it from 1 to 3 designers

• Led various platform design initiatives such as mobile project syncing, navigation and more.

• Worked with rest of Autodesk organizations to help unify design systems across the company
