The motion control team develops the control stack for safe, comfortable and precise driving. Motion control compensates for unmodeled dynamics and perturbations of the environment reacting promptly to keep the vehicle safely on the planned trajectory.

In addition to leading a team of amazing engineers, I work cross functionally with Safety on hazards analysis, Systems Engineering on requirements and V&V and embedded software engineering on clean, easily maintainable code.

Led on-robot software framework, manipulation, systems engineering and test and infrastructure teams (~20 engineers in total.) Collaboratively developed the tech roadmaps, OKR plans, schedules, monthly priorities, etc. Analyzed system performance and led initiative to improve performance across the software team.
