Conducted interviews, workshops, prototyping and continuous testing with internal stakeholders and Enboarder customers in APAC, Europe, and the US.

Highlights: Designed and implemented a new Enboarder template library to assist customers to build and enhance their employee experiences. A new look dashboard for Employees and Managers to manage and track their tasks. Led a product-wide design remediation based on a technical uplift from Angular to React, including extensive enhancements to key product features.

Instrumental in designing their platform end-to-end (when they began as a start-up). Produced user journeys and user flows, identifying customer painpoints and new opportunities. Developed customer surveys, initiated a customer feedback loop, collated quantitive and qualitive data for specific inititives. Ran user testing and prototyping sessions with customers. Produced final designs (UI) and handover documentation for the engineering team.

Primary User Experience Designer, working alongside a team of UI designers, data analysts and engineers. My role involved working on-site with customers, organising and facilitating workshops, designing and user testing wireframes, developing personas, user flows, journey maps, compiling findings, reports, and continuous iteration, overseeing production with the design and development team.

Part of a team that developed Telstra's Mobile 'Toolkit' Application for field technicians, replacing the existing laptop with a mobile device that included new and enhanced features.

I designed prototypes and related flows for walkthroughs with business and development teams, usability testing with field technicians and business, either face-to-face or via remote communication, and user journeys explaining service interactions to the business. I was involved in design walkthroughs with technical teams and collaborated with business analysts to ratify design and business requirements.
