Highlights: Designed and implemented a new Enboarder template library to assist customers to build and enhance their employee experiences. A new look dashboard for Employees and Managers to manage and track their tasks. Led a product-wide design remediation based on a technical uplift from Angular to React, including extensive enhancements to key product features. ### Senior UX/UI Designer @ Renewtrak Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Sydney, Australia Instrumental in designing their platform end-to-end (when they began as a start-up). Produced user journeys and user flows, identifying customer painpoints and new opportunities. I designed prototypes and related flows for walkthroughs with business and development teams, usability testing with field technicians and business, either face-to-face or via remote communication, and user journeys explaining service interactions to the business.
