I'm a tradesmen-turned-developer. I started off in the electrical field in Kentucky. It only took me a couple months to figure out I preferred the indoors.

Branching from my background in Industrial Motor Controls and PLC programming, I worked for a software consultancy to gain enterprise software development experience.

I have professional experience with Java, CI/CD, Jenkins, JavaScript, Spring, messaging systems, RESTful API design and more. While I started off for recreation with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Sass, LESS, Angular, etc - most of my experience professionally revolved around the JavaEE with Spring sphere, mixed in with some React. I've had to quickly acquire knowledge on older technologies for maintenance work that include: JSPs, Struts2, and FTLs for notifications.

In the computer lab, I assisted students with signing up for classes, technical problems that occurred on the school's computers or their personal laptops, and even got to review students work as a means of proofreading for them.
