ToolSense is an innovative company that combines software and IoT to improve machine and service management. I collaborate closely with the Front-End and CSM teams to develop the software and enhance customer experience.

Using top-rated product analytics tools, I aim to build intuitive reports and activity monitoring to shorten response time to potential issues, complementing the UI and API testing system.

On a broader level, I am constantly committed to improving observation and analysis of software performance, which, along with customer feedback, should identify trends and promote informed decision making.

Since joining the product department as UX/UI Designer and Product Owner, I've been working closely alongside the Front-End (Web and Mobile) and the CSM teams to drive our software development roadmap to a positive outcome.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

As a Product Owner, I worked closely with the engineering team to define, refine and plan development initiatives. A 117% MRR increase in 2021 and the positive customer feedback are initial validation of our latest product development.

Through UX research initiatives, I complemented customers' feedback with analytics-based observation and revealed usage pain points or pulled insights for informed decision making.

Designing mockups, prototyping and testing, alongside translating them into Github iteration, kept me involved in all development stages.

Promoting agile technics, such as "given, then, that", resulted in increased clarity on software iteration and QA testing requirements.

Fostering a lean workflow - from a project to a feature-based approach - strengthened the sense of product ownership across the board and led to consistent fulfilment of our goals.

Glofox was an amazing opportunity to get on board with a fast-paced, innovative start-up offering management software solutions for gyms and yoga studios. Alongside the team, I led the efforts to build a basic design system, resulting in increased efficiency and UI consistency. Moreover, I gradually contributed to a rewarding experience of ownership and proportionate decision making, following lean UX methodologies of research and validation, marked by a multi-disciplinary squad dynamic focused on service design.
