initiatives. Drive Sommsation's evolution as a lifestyle brand through cohesive creative execution and crossfunctional collaboration with CEO, Executive Team, Digital Product, Marketing, Sales, and Events.
• Set creative art direction for Sommsation.com and related brands; act as brand guardian maintaining
consistency across all channels
• Develop and execute campaign-level creative concepts aligned with Marketing and Sales strategies
• Integrate Al tools and workflows into creative pipelines, improving team efficiency and expanding creative capabilities through strategic implementation of generative Al technologies
• Oversee all creative output from internal team and external agency partners.
• Mentor design team and ensure alignment with design system, brand guidelines, and product requirements
• Partner with SVP of Digital Product on roadmap alignment and drive UX initiatives to improve retention and conversion
• Create pitch decks, brand mockups, and digital product visualizations for business development and investor relations
• Direct creative for digital and physical events, conceptualizing brand thematics and storytelling for large-scale initiatives
• Lead foundational visual and strategic development for new company products and brands
