Led the product engineering & manufacturing/NPI efforts for the Service Provider and Enterprise Routing Networking Business (Revenue - ~$7B+). Managed a global team of 16 engineers that engaged with numerous cross functional groups (Procurement, Quality, Testing, Packaging, Sourcing, HW Engineering, and Compliance) when launching new products. Piloted and advocated use of new technology and tools such as 3D printing, DFM Pro, Model Based Definition, Apriori, and Design State in the product lifecycle.

Led NPI and manufacturing efforts for the Enterprise and Data Center product lines. This involved leading all aspects of the product life cycle including but not limited to prototyping, sourcing, manufacturability(DFX), quality, costing & production till end of life.
