Helped lead Tinder's Obsidian Design System. Worked closely with feature teams to support their needs, while defining and maintaining libraries of components and design tokens.

Helping lead an exciting new visual language and component library as part of ADP's Design System team. Responsibilities include component definition/ownership, designer community support, design system enforcement, designer resource creation, and much more.
