As a Senior Product Designer at OXIO, my role is to distill complex user insights into designs that resonate with our audience. The journey from visual research to interactive, compelling experiences reflects my educational foundation from NYU's Interactive Telecommunication Program and my passion for marrying design with technology.

• Conduct in-depth user research and interviews, dissecting user feedback to gain profound insights into their needs and pain points.
