Hello, I’m Daman 👋  A Senior Software Engineer at Meta with a passion for building scalable backend and distributed systems, and a growing focus on AI-driven products and infrastructure.

I enjoy working on complex engineering problems where thoughtful system design, performance, and reliability matter at scale. My experience spans object-oriented design, data structures, cloud-based systems, and production software operating in large, distributed environments.

I’m particularly interested in how AI can be applied to real-world systems, whether through intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, or integrating ML-powered components into robust backend architectures.

Outside of day-to-day engineering, I enjoy exploring new technologies and continuously improving how software is designed, built, and operated.
