► Overhauled the look and feel of CNN Digital, resulting in the successful execution of a new product vision, target audience, and strategy with all-new customer experiences on mobile, desktop, and connected TV.
► Developed and piloted successful registration experiments, such as Follow and content-gating, that drove 2M+ new registered users and our Northstar Metric Time on Site by 13%.
► Migrated CMS technical architecture to support 100 million users, including massive content audit, new operational workflows, publishing standards, and requirements to support omnichannel content authoring, production, and headless delivery.
