Most recently, I led the design of operations tools for Lyft Bikes and Scooters across mobile and web platforms, empowering dispatchers, field associates and mechanics to manage fleets efficiently. As an interaction designer at frog, I guided clients, from startups to large financial institutions, in solving complex challenges through research, strategy and design. Our team delivered solutions across products, services and systems, driving impactful business outcomes for a diverse set of clients including BNY Mellon, Google and Verizon. A graduate of the 2014 inaugural School of Visual Arts - Products of Design MFA program, my thesis centered around new and provocative methods for harvesting ambient energy. My portfolio is split between client and self-proposed projects, creating a unique perspective for purposeful design.
