In my role as a Product Designer at Lyft in Seattle, I led the design of operational tools for Lyft Bikes and Scooters, collaborating closely with end-users and stakeholders to define and launch new product features. By implementing a unified design system, I improved consistency and usability across workflows, resulting in substantial growth including Citi Bike rides/day from 100k to 160k during my tenure.

I was responsible for designing user experiences for bikeshare platforms. I created mobile and web interfaces for Citi Bike, as well as physical touchpoints like bike and scooter graphics to maintain a cohesive product ecosystem. My work focused on enhancing rider engagement and satisfaction through thoughtful design choices.

I led clients through research, strategy, and design to solve complex challenges. By delivering impactful solutions across products, services, and systems, I drove significant business outcomes for startups and financial institutions.
