As Senior Manager of Product Design, I led the design and strategy for the digital pharmacy experience. Design updates to the vaccine scheduler increased conversion resulting in $5.5M in incremental revenue. Developed strategic design POVs using data and customer insights to meet business goals. Delivered WCAG design solutions for the vaccine scheduler resulting in a pass from a DOJ audit. Delivered a customer-driven experience while achieving cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Pharmacy, Rewards, and legal. Designed account verification end-to-end experience for web and iOS.
