Consolidated 4 Figma libraries into one AA compliant SoT library which led to increased design system adoptions and visual consistency.

Unified design language for Figma and Front-End libraries through shared token system and shared component properties.

Used Figma analytics and AWS QuickSight to track adoption and determine deprecation goals for out-dated Figma and Front-End libraries.
Partnered with product managers, researchers, engineers, and SME's to create a K-12 student-centric experience that drives consistent and meaningful engagement on the Newsela platform via personalization and gamification. My design efforts led to a 13.2% increase in Quiz completions and a 205% increase in Vocabulary word completion.

Partnered with cross-functional team members to redesign the teacher homepage, which led to an increase in the CTR from 1.93% to 18.4%.
