Microsoft AI: I've held various design team management roles, working on multiple products, with a current focus on enhancing Content Experiences for MSN/Start. By fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams, we successfully deliver impactful experiences that align with business goals while prioritizing the human experience.

Flip Design Team: I proactively identified and bridged gaps within our web and mobile platforms, with a focus on enhancing the overall experiences for diverse learners and educators. Our primary objective was to foster their growth and facilitate community building. We placed a strong emphasis on evolving our experience by introducing exciting, unique, and differentiating features, which continue to empower communities to share and learn together.

Flip Design Team: As one of the first designers on the team, the initial work consisted of improving the existing product offering, building scalable and adaptable UI/UX, and driving coherence across different devices and account types.

Besides the product work itself, there was a major responsibility and desire to contribute to the team culture development and standardization of design processes and practices.

Windows Design Team: I focused on the evolution of the files, media, saving, and storing experience on Windows 11. My responsibilities extended to exploring future scenarios across chat, video communication, and seamless integration of services within the native OS.

To support design decisions, I led several workshops and conducted user research studies, leveraging data and feedback. My role also entailed strategic collaboration with diverse design teams across Microsoft, including OneDrive, Office, Teams, Edge, Bing, and EDU. Together, we crafted visions of product unification and innovation, all through the lens of the operating system.
