My responsibilities extended to exploring future scenarios across chat, video communication, and seamless integration of services within the native OS. To support design decisions, I led several workshops and conducted user research studies, leveraging data and feedback. My role also entailed strategic collaboration with diverse design teams across Microsoft, including OneDrive, Office, Teams, Edge, Bing, and EDU. Together, we crafted visions of product unification and innovation, all through the lens of the operating system.
