# Daniel Chivardi > UX Design Leader | Head of UX, Teamfight Tactics at Riot Games | Building AI powered products Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/danielchivardi I lead UX teams, build games, and ship products, for a living (and for fun). Lately, I’m also shipping AI powered prototypes and systems, including a serious project I’m building outside of work. I lead UX for Teamfight Tactics at Riot Games, one of the most popular strategy games in the world, played by hundreds of millions across PC and mobile. I have 15+ years across games and enterprise platforms. I’m strongest when the problem is messy and cross functional, I turn ambiguity into clear decisions, strong craft, and shipped quality. At Riot, I own UX for TFT end to end, across gameplay, systems, and platform experiences. My work has helped improve player trust and support the long term sustainability of the game, including leading UX for the Rotating Shop and other critical product systems. Before Riot, I led AI and mobile efforts across Oracle CX Cloud. At Evernote, I partnered closely with Research, ran interviews and usability tests, and used those insights to shape priorities and reduce risk before engineering investment. I’m drawn to work where design, systems thinking, and hands on building come together, especially in AI native products. ## Work Experience ### Senior Manager, UX Design (Head of UX, Teamfight Tactics) @ Riot Games Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco, CA Head of UX for Teamfight Tactics, a live service game with more than 75M monthly players.
