I was a lead developer on several of Groundswells web products. I was responsible for several key parts of the development process including project estimates, technical decision making, user session tracking, and pr reviews from other front and backend developers. Most of my time is was spent on the frontend, but I now frequently make contributions on our Express.js server.

As a full-time software engineer I continued my work on the React Native app. This is where I spent most of my time occasionally make contributions to our backend. In this two year stint I learned about the mobile deployment process in React Native, push notifications, deep and universal linking, eslint configuration, and frontend/backend unit and integrations testing paradigms. I also helped hire multiple of my engineering and product colleagues. Near the end of my tenure in this role, I also helped develop two web products using Next.js and Tailwind. During these projects, I lead development and collaborated deeply with my product counterparts.
