Building analytics platform to collect network data from a variety of sources. Also working in a 24x7 support environment providing Tier 3 network engineering support for medium to large Enterprise customers. This 24x7 support environment uses monitoring solutions that I deployed and/or developed to monitor customer environments including the analytics platform mentioned previously.

• Developed a data analytics platform to collect network monitoring data and other related metadata. This platform enabled proactive monitoring through trend analysis.

• The data analytics platform was written primarily in C# along with an AngularJS/Javascript SPA user interface. Data persistence was handled by SQL and redis. The platform was designed with a distributed microservices architecture.

Building a SaaS platform for project scoping, design and documentation. This SaaS platform uses a multi-instance, customer per instance design and includes advanced features like user-definable business logic, document generation and a version control system.

• The SaaS product was written primarily in C# along with an AngularJS/Javascript SPA user interface. Data persistence was handled by SQL and redis. The platform was designed with an instance per customer architecture.

Building Network Automation platform that enables users to configure private cloud resources which are then provisioned via Ansible Tower Templates and Workflows.

Primary project manager for large commercial customer, orchestrated network deployments and support for Cisco Aironet, Cisco CUCM/CUCME, Cisco ASA and Cisco Router/Switch deployments.

Deployed Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Communications Manager Express to over 15 customer environments.
