Senior Product Designer with the Developer Experience track at Booking.com. Building tools and infrastructure that power the workflow of developers, designers and ops people behind the biggest travel company in the world.
•Identify global UX needs in development workflows and scope projects to address them horizontally across the Booking organization
•Communicate UX results from Developer Experience track across the organization and act as the reference for design in the track: attending strategy meetings, gathering community feedback and advocating for our users
•Conduct product discovery and roadmap workshops with infrastructure teams to understand user needs, surface opportunities and drive user-focus in product development

•Design applications for development and devops in categories such as Virtual Machines, Reliability, Databases, Deployments, and Monitoring
•Build front-end applications in HTML, CSS and React
•Extend the Booking Design System with components and guidelines custom-built for developer tools, to scale our team efforts and increase velocity for other infra teams
•Create low-fidelity deliverables (sketches, wireframes, flows) to quickly communicate ideas and validate direction with engineers and product managers
•Apply UX Research methods such as user interviews, usability testing and surveys to understand pain points, get actionable feedback and validate prototypes
•Setup analytics, targeted surveys, and dashboards to track UX improvements in our products and drive decision-making

•Conduct the “Git for Designers and Development Workflow @ Booking” training to onboard designers in the company
•Present the “Building a Design System at Scale” keynote with designer Oleksii Drodzenko about building and extending the Booking Design System for an audience of 250+ peers
•Mentor peers in IT looking to move to a UX Design role at Booking.com
