→ Led designs on the Uber’s Money Team for Risk, Compliance and Identity.
→ Led a team of 4 across 3 continents. Catalyst between Risk product, Risk engineering, and the design organization. 
→ Created a product and line-of-business agnostic KYC (Know Your Customer) solution that scales globally to regional compliance regulations. Built a payment method verification system utilizing micro-deposits. Designed an experience around using positive Risk indicators to flag users as trusted. As a trusted user, if you encounter a payment type error such as an expired credit card, we can allow you to complete your ride/Eats order before having to fix the payment type. Implemented cross-team tools and processes that facilitated better communication and collaboration which was adopted by the entire Money team.
