HR-tech startup, making virtual interview software for hiring at scale. Used by employers including Staples, Skechers, Loblaw Companies, and MLSE (Toronto Raptors NBA, and Maple Leafs NHL). I led Product Management and Product Design as both an individual contributor (IC) and people manager.
Product Design (IC) • Designed and launched new capabilities including, free trials, customer onboarding, license management, reporting, interview cancellation, and post-interview feedback. Responsible for user research, prototyping, the design system, testing, HiFi design, pre-release acceptance testing, and content design (including working with translators for Spanish and French).
Product Design (Manager) • Hired and managed one Product Designer FTE and one contractor.
Product Management • Conducted market research, led roadmap prioritization, defined solution requirements and scope, introduced workflows and tools for cross-discipline collaboration (e.g., co-authored product requirements documents (PRDs), ran weekly “dog-food” sessions).
Additional contributions • As a small startup, I took on other roles as needed including customer support, QA, grant writing, customer demos for sales and onboarding, knowledge base articles, and video creation for sales, onboarding, and support.

Sr. PM for the patient experience on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) platform.
Patient intake • Conducted a usability audit of the intake process, documented friction and bugs, and prioritized development.
Kids Help Phone partnership/integration • Worked with KHP to design and implement the integration of KHP counselors into the Mindbeacon platform.

Group PM for spa enterprise business management platform used by chains including, Four Seasons, Hilton, Equinox, and Marriott.
Managed team of 5: 3 other Product Managers, 1 Product Designer, 1 Technical Writer. Distributed work based on area of expertise. Created company product roadmap in collaboration with department leads and Sr. Leadership Team.
