High throughput capsid engineering involves being able to efficiently scale Next Gen Seq (NGS) workflows in the cloud and adapt as underlying algorithms and technology change. As a trained geneticist with a breadth of experience in different cloud architectures, my role at Dyno involves implementing NGS best practices into a robust and efficient framework for all end users to utilize.
