➣ Designed and launched an online learning management system for surgeons, robotic coordinators, operating room staff, first assists, surgical fellows, and other healthcare professionals

➣ Conducted usability tests and user interviews with surgeons and robotic coordinators to validate effectiveness of the new application

➣ Strategized product roadmap for the next few years to include features such as hospital learning management and clinical video portal

➣ Within 5 months, over 26,000 unique learners & 3,300 hospitals logged into the new learning management system with 191,000 courses completed and 30,000 certificates issued

➣ Field Service Engineer App (mobile) - designed an innovative Field Service mobile app for field service engineers to manage the full lifecycle of hospital service requests including tracking orders, inventory, and history

➣ ServiceNow Project (web) - helped solution, design, test, and implement ServiceNow at Intuitive Surgical. Helped improve usability through UX research

➣ Design System App (web) - worked with a third party company to bring UI/UX standards to Intuitive Surgical. Launched a style guide website and code repository for the entire company to use.

➣ Portfolio Playbook App (web) - worked with the PMO group to put together a website that provides a guide for how all IT projects should be run.

➣ Room Finder App (web) - designed, architected, and launched a web application that allows employees to find conference rooms across all of our campuses.
