Helped with end-to-end design and delivery of two products, one an API marketplace on the blockchain and the other a SaaS product that helps developers onboard users to their blockchain dapp with a seamless and simple user experience.
Both products were designed from the ground up meaning I had to establish a foundational design system, iterate on the brand feel and messaging, always be an advocate for our users, and drive forward the delivery of our product by pushing frontend code.
Helped establish support tools, knowledge base, craft newsletter email campaigns, and define our analytics events and dashboards to make sure we understand our users and their overall experience with us and our product.
Currently acting PM, meaning I help with the writing, scoping, prioritization and iteration of our stories, work and our dev team processes to keep the team focused on continuing to deliver value for our customers.

Worked on optimizations and A/B tests for the billing page with the main KPI of increasing
conversions.
Revamped old User Account pages that need to be modernized and ported over to
the new Angular and Bootstrap framework. With this came an audit of the existing
state of affairs with UX prototypes to recommend improvements to the Account onboarding
flows for the roadmap moving forward.
Assisted with early implementation of a standard Design System built using Sketch
Libraries including converting and creating base template files and style guide documentation.
2016 — 2017

Worked on design and development of various new platform features with a primary goal of making the online booking part of the platform better for customers. This included visual improvements to the online booking views to accomodate Shopping Carts as a new feature, as well as another feature to help companies display TripAdvisor ratings for social proof.
Designed a way for companies to upsell or suggest other activities in the booking flow, useful for round trips and package deals.
Helped expand Mixpanel data to get a more accurate baseline of our customer performance to help inform all teams on how to better build and sell the product as well as manage companies on the platform.
Modernized themes and added features to the toolset for companies utiziling our Wordpress platform to build their company website. Also helped establish design guidelines and provided feedback to the site build team to help improve the overall quality of sites launched.
Re-vamped our own Help Center to provide a simple navigation and a more robust search that would allow users and employees to quickly find the help docs they are looking for and reduce calls to support.
