At CloudTrucks, I was part of the Growth team, where I focused on improving the onboarding experience for new drivers entering the platform. My contributions included:
ELD Setup Experience
• Took ownership of the design solution for electronic logging device (ELD) setup within the driver onboarding flow.
• Researched competitor approaches to ELD communication and off-app/on-app transitions.
• Conducted interviews with Operations managers to understand current workflows, pain points, and limitations.
Lease-Owner-Operator Onboarding
• Led the design of a linear onboarding flow for lease-owner-operators.
• Introduced progression UI to provide better transparency throughout the journey.
• Reorganized and optimized onboarding tasks to reduce friction and improve task completion.
Scanbot Integration
• Designed the implementation of Scanbot into the mobile experience, enabling drivers to scan their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) directly in-app.
• Improved accessibility and reduced errors compared to file uploads.
FleetFirst / Lease-to-Own Program
• Conducted research and developed a qualification questionnaire to assess a driver’s readiness to join CloudTrucks.
• Collaborated on the Driver Qualification and Recommendation Engine, enabling automatic pre-approval for FleetFirst or routing to alternative partners.
• Helped shape both the user-facing experience and the under-the-hood logic that powers driver eligibility.

Led the design of Nauto’s v4 installer mobile app for commercial vehicles and contributed to its successful launch by collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams. Conducted user feedback interviews with installation and customer success teams, created detailed documentation using journey maps, flowcharts, and prototypes, ultimately reducing installation errors, minimizing perceived hardware issues, and improving customer retention in line with company OKRs.
Spearheaded design of Nauto’s internal device configuration web application, partnering with Sales and Device Engineering to define requirements and produce cross-functional documentation while performing competitive analysis. Overcame engineering limitations with the configuration parameters matrix and fragments framework through rapid, low-fidelity prototyping—launching Phase 1 in 30 days. This improved usability and provided Sales and Accounts Executives with enhanced visibility and control, reducing customer complaints and device issues, and positively impacting retention OKRs.
Championed the creation of the VEDR feature, capturing key data for independent FedEx Ground delivery drivers. Teamed with the Product Manager and FedEx Ground stakeholders to define requirements and develop cross-functional documentation. Leveraged rapid iterations to launch the feature on Nauto’s Fleet application in 30 days—driving increased ARR growth and achieving strategic OKRs.

Pioneered the design of a web and iPad app solution for Kespry’s insurance product, working with the Director of UX and conducting on-site and virtual interviews with State Farm and Farmers. Developed detailed personas, journey maps, and defined requirements through low and high fidelity mockups to finalize and launch the solution—achieving a 50% reduction in on-site time for multi-location insurance adjusters.
