Scanbot Integration - Designed the implementation of Scanbot into the mobile experience, enabling drivers to scan their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) directly in-app. - Improved accessibility and reduced errors compared to file uploads. FleetFirst / Lease-to-Own Program - Conducted research and developed a qualification questionnaire to assess a driver’s readiness to join CloudTrucks. - Collaborated on the Driver Qualification and Recommendation Engine, enabling automatic pre-approval for FleetFirst or routing to alternative partners. - Helped shape both the user-facing experience and the under-the-hood logic that powers driver eligibility. ### Senior Product Designer @ Nauto Jan 2020 – Jan 2025 | Palo Alto, California Led the design of Nauto’s v4 installer mobile app for commercial vehicles and contributed to its successful launch by collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.
