• Worked on incredibly exciting projects such as the AirCRAFT Lab’s Modular Sensor and Computing System, and the integration of a Compact Computer Cluster inside our UAVs for Real-Time, high-performance edge computing.

• Led several research projects as the Lead Embedded Systems Engineer, managing System, Hardware, and Software Architecture and Design, as well as ground and Flight testing and validation, in a very resource-constrained environment

• Published and presented research results in prestigious engineering conferences such as AIAA SciTech 2024 and AIAA Aviation 2022

• Mentored 30+ graduate and undergraduate students as the leader of the research lab, in projects ranging from high-maneuverability aircraft design to computer vision and machine learning

• Currently leading frequent guest lectures in MATLAB simulation and Embedded Systems, Hardware and Software Engineering for Junior to Graduate-level engineering students.

• Mentored 10+ AUVSI/ASME competition teams on Electromechanical System Design, Embedded Software Engineering, Control System Design and Integration.

• Ran 6 different Engineering Classes and Labs, including Computer Aided Design, Analysis and Control of Linear Systems and Aerospace Lab for a total of 200+ students, with responsibilities including lecturing, answering questions, project consulting, grading and running laboratory experiments.

• Devised suitable lesson plans for classes along with professors and other teaching assistants.

• Coordinated, managed and met deadlines ensuring the proper functioning of the different class sections.

• Led and contributed to several research projects, including the High‑Speed Data Acquisition System, RTOS and AUVSI SUAS Competition, as the Airplane Autonomy Lead.

• Promoted research projects and activities through new student recruitment and attendance to different events (SLU’s Club Fair, St. Louis Science Fair) as a representative of the laboratory.

• Aided 10+ students per semester in college‑level Mathematics classes (College Algebra to Calculus III)
