On top of that, I developed a proprietary remote help desk app for internal use to enhance support for junior-phase immersive students. More generally, it's our job to guide Hack Reactor immersive students to success by offering technical guidance, project troubleshooting, instruction, and mentorship on JavaScript fundamentals and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include fostering an understanding of various frameworks (React.js, AngularJS, Backbone), libraries and best practices through team check-ins, one-on-one meetings, and specialized presentations. I was also responsible for teaching the curriculum of our part-time night class, ReactorPrep, a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of JavaScript. I coordinated and negotiated with external vendors and internal technical engineers to ensure that the final product was delivered exactly to client specifications within the given budget and timeframe. This required clear communication of a given project's objectives and tasks across multiple departments to ensure its seamless execution. At the end of the day, I was ultimately responsibility for the quality of my deliverables. Some enjoyable projects were engineering standardized testing into sixteen different languages, fully subtitling and authoring a teach-yourself-guitar DVD in German and producing children's exercise songs into Dutch and German. ## Education ### Bachelor's Degree in History University of Rochester Jan 2008 – Jan 2012 ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/danielnovograd --- Source: https://flows.cv/danielnovograd JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/danielnovograd/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-22
